We want you to be satisfied with your VEYRA purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and your legal right of withdrawal work.

Voluntary Returns (VEYRA Policy)

Separately from any mandatory legal right described below, VEYRA offers a voluntary return option: you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Before returning any item under this voluntary policy, you must contact us through our Contact page to request a return. Please do not send any product back to us before we have confirmed your return and provided instructions.

Right of Withdrawal / Legal Retracto

In addition to VEYRA's voluntary return policy above, qualifying e-commerce purchases may also be subject to the mandatory right of withdrawal ("derecho de retracto") provided by applicable Costa Rican consumer protection law. This legal right exists independently of, and is not limited by, VEYRA's voluntary 15-day return policy.

Where applicable under Costa Rican consumer law, the legal right of withdrawal may be exercised within eight (8) business days following the completion of the sale. This timeframe reflects the applicable statutory minimum and does not restrict or limit any broader right that may apply to you under law.

Nothing in this section creates conditions stricter than those required by law, and nothing in this policy waives or replaces your statutory rights.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements will be confirmed with you directly when you contact us to request a return.

Refunds

For voluntary returns under VEYRA's 15-day policy, we will review the return to confirm that the applicable conditions are met.

Where a valid statutory right of withdrawal applies, the refund will be processed in accordance with applicable Costa Rican consumer law.

In both cases, refunds will be issued to your original payment method where required by applicable law. We will notify you once your return has been received and reviewed.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable Costa Rican law. Where this policy and mandatory law differ, your legal rights under Costa Rican law will apply.
